Bradley Cooks: Brats and Veggie Kebabs
Happy first day of Spring!
The other night we had our first BBQ of the season. We made fresh, marinated, veggie kebabs and Bradley grilled some brats. Even though I'm a veggie girl I'm pretty cool with Brad enjoying some meat every once in a while. Especially when it comes from my family's cows. I know where the meat comes from and that's important to me. After we ate we sat in the backyard around the first fire of the year. It was SO nice. Some friends I hadn't seen in a while dropped by and it turned into a great night. I love it when friends drop by (especially when they bring good conversation and moonshine) and I love it when a night just comes together. I can't think of many things that are better than a good night around the fire, shootin' the shit with friends. I'm looking forward to many more nights like that.
